1. Please check the planning book/Data view in which you are running the optimizer if it is starting from current month.
2. Please check production horizon, forecast horizon, Stock transfer horizon for the product .
3.Please check if sufficient forecast is there to create any receipt in the current month.
4. Please check rounding value of the product. If rounding value is large system will consolidate complete demand and create a single receipt which could be in future.
5. Please check the lead time if this is more than 20 days system will not generate anything in current month.
