SAP EHP7 upgrade

Hi Experts,

    I have decided to upgrade my System ( Os-AIX and DB-Oracle) from EHP6 to EHP7.

I am going to do it first time so there are a lots of queries to me ...

  1) I have tried to searching a proper SAP up-gradation guide for EHP7 but I am unable to find out.
