Hi Srutha,

The nature of BSAK table is, it will show all the cleared items irrespective of the date(i.e cleared after 31.12.2009 also) and capture the clearing date in AUGDT field.

So if you want to compare with the trial balance then

In BSAK table put AUGDT less than or equal to 31.12.2009 and sum it up with the values from BSIK.

So it will tally.
