Shift Allowance from 23rd of Jan to 22nd of Feb should be paid in the month of Feb

Hi Experts,

Hope you are doing great!

Shift changes every month 23rd. The total amount of the shift from previous month 24th to current month 23rd should be paid to the employee in the current month.

For Ex: 2500 is the shift Allowance on prorata basis it is getting paid 1900 and remaining 600 is carry forward to the next month. But my client want to pay 2500 in the same month.

Can anyone give some inputs to solve this. Looking forward to hear from you. Thanks in advance.
