Can't get FPM instance

Hi Experts,

I can't get instance from cl_fpm_factory=>get_instance( ) , my wd component has implemented interface IF_FPM_UI_BUILDING_BLOCK.

can you please tell me why this happen, is there any service need to be switched up? thanks a lot~
