Okay repeat after me: CRMD_ORDER is no longer supported in any release of CRM that contains the AET or in fact any release that contains the CRM Web Client. You should not be using CRMD_ORDER period on your release.
Please read SAP Note 1118231. This note probably should be posted everywhere in the CRM forums. Please also note that this note has been valid since 8/5/2008 ! Until this note changes what you are asking for is not valid.
To further clarify also read OSS Note 1400876. It talks about transaction BP in CRM, but the message in that note applies for CRMD_ORDER No I did not write that note, but I wish I did
