For this issue i do not think so that a screen share is required. How ever MR21 updates the prices in the period wise .
For this what you need is to close the periods from the date it showed to the current period 02/2014 using the transaction code MMPV . MMPV is a transaction which will be used to close the periods for the previous month at the specified date and open the next ( current) period.
just in put the company code of that plant and along with the period (prior please check the table MARV for table for the period at which that company code is last set along with the year) a,d the period will be the next month in the MARV along with the yser and check the box allow back period posting and execute the transaction and keep continue the same to the current month and year .once the CC is set to the current month do the MR21 activity.
MMRV is used to allow posting to the previous period . . sap will allow to post for previous month date and current month dates for posting transactions .
