Upgrade from SUP 2.1.3 to SMP 2.3 require upgrade on SUP 2.2 first and then SMP 2.3. I mean if your current env is SUP 2.1.3 and you would like to upgrade it to SMP 2.3 then first you have to upgrade it to SUP 2.2 and then to SMP 2.3
SMP 2.3 would be great. Supports SUP and syclo as well. It is always good to work with latest version.
