Please confirm your hostname in RZ70 is correct on your configuration for your SLD Data suppliers and also check in SM59 that you Solman RFC hostname is correct, and if required that the correct SAP router path is also added.
Test your RFC SM_SMGCLNT100_BACK with authorization once that works try again.
