SNACKS ALLOWANCE

Scenario:

If employee will work more than planned working hours up to 4 hours then he can eligible for snacks allowance Per day (15/-).

Like if employee will work 4 day more then planned working hours up to 4*4=16 hrs then he has to be got 60 rs/- .....

So first I've created one time type T555A

Now please guide is it right or wrong....? Like

1. Where should I insert this pcr..?

2. Where should I insert this constant value...?
