PTax Amount issue

Dear All,

We are on PTax Madhya Pradesh. As per standard rule, PTax is Rs. 208 for gross beyond 149999 annually. So in my case, and employee has left on 07.01.2014. So his gross is coming as Rs. 19644. In this regards, the PTax should come as Rs. 208 only. But in RT, the values are as below:

/3P1 Prof Tax - 01120114          I                                    106.00

/3P2 Professiona01120114                                            19,644.00

Which is obviously wrong. Kindly help me for the solution.
